Onboarding: One-time setup fee applies ($500-$1000 based on complexity) to document existing infrastructure, configure monitoring, and establish baselines.
SLA Credits: If we fail to meet guaranteed uptime or response times, you'll receive service credits per our SLA agreement.
After-Hours Support: Bronze tier provides best-effort after-hours support. Silver and Gold include guaranteed 24/7 emergency response.
